What Is Zinplava?
Zinplava® (bezlotoxumab) is an FDA-approved monoclonal antibody used to reduce the recurrence of Clostridioides difficile infection in adults receiving antibiotic treatment for C. diff and who are at high risk of recurrence. It works by neutralizing toxin B, a key driver of C. diff symptoms and recurrence. Zinplava is administered as a single-dose IV infusion alongside standard-of-care antibiotic treatment.
