What Is Ruxience?

Ruxience® (rituximab-pvvr) is an FDA-approved biosimilar to Rituxan® (rituximab), a monoclonal antibody that targets CD20-positive B cells, which are responsible for driving inflammation in autoimmune diseases and proliferation in certain cancers. Ruxience works by reducing or eliminating these cells to help control disease activity.

As a biosimilar, Ruxience has no clinically meaningful differences from Rituxan in terms of safety, purity, and potency—offering a high-quality alternative with potential cost advantages.
