Vyepti® (eptinezumab-jjmr) is the first and only FDA-approved migraine preventive therapy administered by IV infusion. It’s a calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) antagonist monoclonal antibody that works by targeting a key protein involved in migraine attacks. Vyepti begins working within days and offers sustained prevention for up to 3 months with a single 30-minute infusion.
