Ultomiris® (Ravulizumab-cwvz) IV Infusion Therapy
Long-Acting Treatment for PNH, aHUS, and Generalized Myasthenia Gravis
Clearwell Infusion Centers offers Ultomiris IV infusion therapy for patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), and generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). At our Miami-based center, patients receive high-quality care in a comfortable, private, and flexible outpatient setting.
What Is Ultomiris?
Ultomiris® (ravulizumab-cwvz) is an FDA-approved, long-acting complement C5 inhibitor that reduces immune-mediated damage caused by uncontrolled complement activation. It offers extended dosing intervals compared to Soliris®, with infusions required every 8 weeks after the initial loading dose.
Ultomiris is administered via intravenous infusion and requires ongoing monitoring during treatment.

Conditions Treated with Ultomiris
Ultomiris is indicated for the treatment of:
- Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)
- Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS)
- Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) in adults who are anti-AChR antibody positive
Ultomiris improves symptoms by preventing the destruction of red blood cells and reducing inflammation linked to complement overactivation.

- Upper respiratory tract infections
- Diarrhea or nausea
- Infusion-related reactions
- Fatigue
- Increased risk of meningococcal infection (vaccination required)
