What Is Tepezza?

Tepezza® (teprotumumab-trbw) is an FDA-approved monoclonal antibody designed to treat adults with Thyroid Eye Disease, a rare autoimmune condition often associated with Graves’ disease. It works by blocking the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R), which reduces inflammation and prevents further tissue damage behind the eyes.

Tepezza is given as a series of 8 IV infusions, typically administered once every 3 weeks over about 5 months.

• Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) – also known as Graves’ orbitopathy or thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy
