Renflexis® (Infliximab-abda) IV Infusion Therapy

Biologic Therapy for Chronic Inflammatory Conditions

Clearwell Infusion Centers provides Renflexis infusion therapy for patients managing autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Located in Miami, our outpatient center offers private infusion suites, compassionate nursing care, and flexible scheduling—creating a convenient and patient-first treatment experience.

What Is Renflexis?

Renflexis® (infliximab-abda) is an FDA-approved biosimilar to Remicade® (infliximab), a monoclonal antibody that targets tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). TNF-α is a key inflammatory protein involved in a range of autoimmune conditions. By blocking TNF-α, Renflexis helps reduce inflammation, relieve symptoms, and prevent disease progression.

As a biosimilar, Renflexis has been rigorously tested and shown to be as safe, effective, and clinically equivalent to Remicade, but is often more affordable.

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Ulcerative Colitis
  • Ankylosing Spondylitis

Infusion frequency typically starts with three loading doses over the first six weeks, followed by maintenance infusions every 6 to 8 weeks.

At Clearwell, we monitor each infusion closely and follow ACHC-accredited protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
