What Is Simponi Aria?

Simponi Aria® (golimumab) is an FDA-approved anti-TNF biologic used to treat inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It works by blocking tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), a key inflammatory protein involved in autoimmune disease activity.

Simponi Aria is administered as an IV infusion, typically every 8 weeks following two initial loading doses.

• Increased risk of infections, including TB and fungal infections
